The present invention relates to a mixed metal oxide particle manufactured by making reaction of two or more kinds of metal oxides, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The mixed metal oxide particle comprises a first mixed metal oxide represented by chemical formula 1, La_(1-x)Q_xGa_(1-y)Z_yO_(3-δ); and a second mixed metal oxide represented by chemical formula, 2 LaQGa_oO_p. The mixed metal oxide particle has small and evenly distributed particle size.
