PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and device suitable to provide control information for uplink transmission in a radio communication system for supporting uplink multiple antenna transmission.SOLUTION: A method of scheduling uplink multiple antenna transmission comprises: generating downlink control information containing precoding information representing a transmission rank of uplink transmission and a precoding matrix; transmitting the generated downlink control information for scheduling the uplink transmission through a downlink control channel; and receiving the uplink transmission scheduled on the basis of the downlink control information through an uplink data channel. The size of the precoding information may be determined on the basis of the number of multiple antennas and the number of precoding matrixes selectable according to the uplink transmission rank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
