PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breast self medical examination aid further improving touch sensibility when self-diagnosing whether there is a hard spot or not in the breast.SOLUTION: There is included a bag body 4 formed by superposing a plurality of resin films 6, and made by fastening a peripheral part, leaving a part to insert at least one finger of the forefinger, the middle finger and the third finger in a marginal part. An abnormal change of the internal texture of the human body is palpated by inserting the finger into a space formed between the plurality of the resin films 6a-d and moving the finger while pressing the skin of the human body through at least the two resin films 6a and 6b.
