PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that punching a ring-like component from a metal plate by press is poor in material utilization efficiency.SOLUTION: A ring-like component comprises a plate part of a flat plate, and a ring-like ring part laminated on the plate part, and there is a through hole penetrating into the ring part and the plate part. The ring part and the plate part are integrated around the through hole. A method for manufacturing the ring-like component includes: a punching step of taking out and processing a plate material from a metal plate-like member; a step of forming a recessed part by plate material deformation; a cutting step of making an opening on the recessed part; a press-forging step of press-forging the side surface of the recessed part left after the cutting step; a step of changing an angle of the side surface after the press-forging step; and a step of laminating the side surface on the plate material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
