A laminated battery of the present invention contains: a layered electrode group including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a dummy electrode, a first separator interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and a second separator interposed between the positive electrode and/or the negative electrode and the dummy electrode; and an electrolyte. At least one positive electrode and/or at least one negative electrode includes a collector and an electrode active substance layer formed on one surface of the collector. The other surface of the collector includes an exposed one-sided electrode and the dummy electrode faces the other surface of the collector of the one-sided electrode and is a metal foil with a polarity opposite that of the one-sided electrode. The adhesive strengths F1 and F2 on either side of the first separator and the adhesive strengths F3 and F4 on either side of the second separator satisfy the expression F1 + F2 > F3 + F4.
