The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for preventing power instability and overcharging of a charging unit resulting from excessively rapidly charged power in a charging unit. To this end, the present invention provides an apparatus for stabilising output power comprising: an input power unit for receiving input power from an input power apparatus; a first pass unit including a charging unit for charging the input power, and when the input power is unstable, for discharging the charged voltage in the charging unit to supply other electrical devices for operation power; a second pass unit for supplying the input power to other electrical devices for operation power; and a first pass cut-off unit for cutting off current flow in the first pass unit so as to prevent rapid-charge and overcharging of the charging unit. |
