According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system-on-chip (SoC) comprises: a clock managing unit including first and second clock generators; and at least one logic block making a clock request to the clock managing unit depending on a full handshake method and receiving the clock. The first and second clock generators communicate with each other through the full handshake method. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mobile device including the SoC.
