The present invention relates to an electrokinetic apparatus and a decontamination method using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to an electrokinetic apparatus having a detachable lattice cell and a decontamination method using the same. Provided is the decontamination method using an electrokinetic apparatus having a detachable lattice cell, which includes the steps of: inserting a lattice cell (300,301), on which a filter cloth (310) including a sample (320) for decontamination is mounted, into a reaction chamber (100) from the outside (S20); injecting washing solution into the reaction chamber (100) (S50); removing the washing solution from the reaction chamber (100) after the sample (320) is decontaminated with the washing solution in the reaction chamber (100) (S70); and transferring the lattice cell (300,301) from the reaction chamber (100) to the outside (S90).
