An organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a thin film transistor and an organic light emitting element. The light emitting display device also includes a passivation layer disposed to cover the thin film transistor, a first inorganic layer disposed to cover the organic light emitting element, a foreign substance compensating layer on the first inorganic layer, and a second inorganic layer on the foreign substance layer. Here, the passivation layer and the second inorganic layer are in direct contact with each other at an edge of the substrate. In the organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, since the passivation layer and the second organic layer are in direct contact with each other at an edge of the substrate, the number of interfaces between the inorganic layers that may be delaminated decreases as compared with the case in which the first inorganic layer makes direct contact with the second inorganic layer so that a moisture penetration passage that may be unpredictably generated can be minimized even when the organic light emitting display device is bent. |
