Disclosed is a method to inspect, prevent, and handle a risky situation by managing integrated pipes for water and sewage and monitoring the pipes. The method of a water and sewage pipe operating and monitoring system comprises the following steps of: designating a target area to be monitored; collecting basic state data of the target area; collecting real time data of the target area; classifying and storing the collected data; calculating ingredients of the flux based on the stored data; and calculating and outputting an effect of the pipe maintenance through the calculated ingredients of the flux. Provided is the method capable of more easily maintaining and changing old water and sewage pipes. |
