The present invention relates to a display device which can prevent damage to a driving integrated circuit, and a manufacturing method thereof. The display device comprises: a display panel in a curved shape; a printed circuit board; and at least one carrier which is connected between the display panel and the printed circuit board, and which has at least one driving integrated circuit mounted therein. The carrier has a body part in which the driving integrated circuit is mounted and one or more connection parts expanded from the body part. The connection parts define at least one side of the carrier. The connection parts are separated from each other.
