The present invention relates to a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The technical objective of the present invention is to provide a panel and a display device using the same. The panel eliminates a component arrangement area from a lower substrate configuring the panel wherein the component arrangement area faces a component arranged in a lower end of a non-display area of the panel.
