The present invention relates to an X-ray detector to reduce power consumption. The X-ray detector comprises: a first electrode formed on a substrate; a photoconduction layer formed on the first electrode; a second electrode formed on the photoconduction layer, receiving a bias voltage having a voltage applying state or a floating state; and a power circuit which turns on/off the output of the bias voltage.
