PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital medical image data storage system capable of protecting personal information as much as possible, and performing an operation with saving of costs in the case of outsourcing the storage or management of digital medical image data including the personal information.SOLUTION: A medical institution 10 executes the processing of three processes, that is, anonymization processing, encryption processing and secret dispersion processing to image data to which the personal information of patients is added as meta data, and then transfers the image data to an external data center 20 of the medical institution 10 to allow a mass storage 21 to store and manage the image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
