PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pack type adhesive that has both a long usable life and a fast increase rate of strength in a good balance even at a relatively high atmospheric temperature, for example, at 35°C.SOLUTION: The two-pack type adhesive comprises (A) an initiator including an organoborane and (B) a main agent including a polymerizable component, a metal halide and a metal carboxylate. The metal halide includes a bromide ion and the metal halide includes a cation of a metal selected from copper and manganese. The metal carboxylate includes a cation of a metal selected from copper and zinc. The main agent includes, as a polymerizable component, (1) an isobornyl methacrylate and (2) at least one kind of monocyclic methacrylate selected from a phenoxyethyl methacrylate, a tetrahydrofurfuryl methacrylate and a cyclohexyl methacrylate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
