PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an antistatic film capable of stably producing an antistatic film, which is excellent in antistatic properties and suppresses whitening, with high productivity.SOLUTION: A method of producing an antistatic film includes: a preparation step of mixing a water dispersible resin having a glass transition temperature of 55°C or lower with a conductive polymer aqueous dispersion in which a conductive composite containing a π-conjugated conductive polymer and polyanion is contained in an aqueous dispersion medium, and preparing a liquid mixture; an application step of applying the liquid mixture to at least one surface of a film substrate to obtain a coating film; and a drying and stretching step of heating and drying the coating film, and stretching the coating film to form an antistatic layer. In the preparation step, the water dispersible resin is mixed with the conductive polymer aqueous dispersion so that a mass ratio of the water dispersible resin to the conductive composite becomes 5-25 times.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
