PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a precise molding comprising a backside structure formed by injection molding on the rear face of a fiber-reinforced resin sheet without requiring excessive labor and time.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of producing a fiber-reinforced resin molding in which press formation is carried out on a fiber-reinforced resin sheet 100 sandwiched between a die 4 and a punch 5 and a backside structure is formed on the backside of it by injection of thermoplastic resin from the side of the punch 5. In the die 4 and punch 5, center parts 40,50 for molding the outline inside part of the molding and peripheral parts 41,51, to be outline outside parts, for fixing an outer edge part 110 of the fiber-reinforced resin sheet 100 are different parts each other. The center parts 40,50 and the peripheral parts 41,51 may respectively provide positional offset within a predetermined range in press direction while sliding each other. Both peripheral parts 41,51 sandwich the outer edge part 110 by sequential press actions, and then the outline inside part is formed by press molding with both center parts 40,50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
