PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a user terminal device for performing comment submission; an operator control device for performing support submission for the comment submission; a user support system including a server for managing submission; and a raising support server capable of promptly performing, for example, appropriate raising support.SOLUTION: In a memory device 100A, raising support information which is input (S6) from a control device 500 is stored (S7) in association with raising environment and state information for a creature. Also, in an HDD 13 which is a memory of a server 100, information showing the raising environment for the creature to be raised which is acquired from a terminal device 300 is stored. When accepting (S1) the state information for the creature to be raised from the terminal device 300, the server 100 extracts (S3) from the memory device 100A the state information and raising support information associated with the raising environment which is read (S2) from the memory and provides (S4, S5) the information to the terminal device 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
