PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for assisting a user in selecting a slice image of an observation target from image group data comprising a plurality of slice images.SOLUTION: Provided is a display control apparatus which controls image display based on image group data comprising a plurality of slice images in a plurality of different tomographic positions, the display control apparatus including: acquisition means for acquiring a feature quantity of an object contained in each of the plurality of slice images; detection means for detecting, from the plurality of slice images, a slice image in which the feature quantity of the object satisfies a predetermined condition; and control means for making the display mode of the slice image detected by the detection means different from the display mode of the other slice images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
