A system and method for providing access to a cruise ship network from a secondary network seamlessly is disclosed herein. The system includes a universal resource locator (URL) receiver to receive a URL from a mobile device connected to the cruise ship network or the secondary network; a connection detector to detect whether the mobile device is connected to the cruise ship network or the secondary network; an access retriever to retrieve an instruction based on the received URL and the detected connection; and a server transmitter to communicate the instruction to a server associated with the cruise ship network.

a data store comprising a computer readable medium storing a program of instructions for the providing of access; a processor that executes the program of instructions; a universal resource locator (URL) receiver to receive a URL from a mobile device connected to the cruise ship network or the secondary network; a connection detector to detect whether the mobile device is connected to the cruise ship network or the secondary network; an access retriever to retrieve an instruction based on the received URL and the detected connection; and a server transmitter to communicate the instruction to a server associated with the cruise ship network.
