1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
receiving, by a processor, a plurality of attributes that belong to a team member, the team member being part of a team within an organization; ordering, by the processor, the plurality of attributes into an ordered list of attributes; identifying, by the processor, a first set of employees having the ordered list of attributes that are currently employed by the organization; identifying, by the processor, a second set of employees having the ordered list of attributes that have voluntarily left the organization; and calculating, by the processor, a predicted voluntary termination rate for the team member based on the first set of employees and the second set of employees. |
