The present invention relates to: nanoparticles flowing into cells to express a specific protein, and a preparation method therefor and, more specifically, to messenger RNA nanoparticles and a preparation method therefor, the RNA nanoparticles: promoting the expression of a specific protein capable of stimulating the immune system of cells, thereby enabling treatment of various diseases by causing an intracellular immune response; delivering a messenger RNA instead of delivering a plasmid DNA itself, thereby enabling an improvement in protein expression efficiency since a step of passing through the nucleic membrane after transcription can be omitted; being composed of only a messenger RNA, which is a biomaterial, thereby enabling the safe use thereof due to having no in vivo toxicity; and having resistance against nucleic acid decomposition by being self-assembled, and generating nanoparticles through a process of one step (RCT) with a relatively small amount of plasmid DNA, thereby enabling the promotion of convenience and economic efficiency in a preparation process thereof. |
