A mobile device display comprises a normal operating mode and a power save mode. The display comprises an area for use during power save mode operation of the mobile device. The area is a portion of a full display area or the full display area. The mobile device comprises a memory that comprises an application program. The mobile device displays a first content relating to the application program in the area.
