The present invention provides a CR oscillator circuit which consumes low current, occupies a small area, and has satisfactory precision of an oscillation frequency. The oscillator circuit comprises: a reference voltage circuit to switch and output a reference voltage; a first constant current source to charge a capacitor; a second constant current source to discharge the capacitor; a voltage comparator to compare the reference voltage and the voltage of the capacitor; and a logic circuit. The logic circuit simultaneously switches the reference voltage circuit and the constant current sources according to an output signal of the voltage comparator. |
