The present invention relates to a polarizing plate and an image display device comprising the same. The polarizing plate comprises: a polarizer; and a protective layer formed on at least one surface of the polarizer. The protective layer is a cured material of a radical-curable composition which includes: (A) a first compound represented by chemical formula 1; (B) a second compound represented by chemical formula B; and (C) a radical initiator.
