DOMAIN OF TAU PROTEIN HAVING CELL PENETRATION AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a domain of a specific amino acid sequence having a cell-penetrating function regarding tau protein, and to a technique for screening a candidate antibody and for manufacturing an antibody which can detect or treat tau protein-related diseases by using the same. The polypeptide corresponding to 224-230 amino acid sequences on a position of tau protein (441aa) of the present invention has domain properties with a cell-penetrating function regarding the tau protein. The polypeptide can be efficiently used as a target for diagnosing or treating Alzheimer′s disease.
