The present invention relates to a multi-functional liquid automatic injector with a separable working hole. A work is performed by selecting and installing a hydrolifting working unit or a filler working unit depending on a procedure because a working unit is connected to be replaceable. An effective procedure is performed by selecting an optimal set value through user′s choice because a set value depending on each work is entered in a control means of a syringe driving unit.
