The invention provides technology with which, when an unmanned conveying vehicle 20 and a manned conveying vehicle 70 coexist and are subjected to operational management, driving assistance can be provided to an operator of the manned vehicle 70 using the same control data as control data transmitted to the unmanned conveying vehicle 20. To this end, the manned vehicle 70 is provided with: a terminal-side communications control unit 761a which receives, from an operational management server 31 which performs operational management of the unmanned conveying vehicle 20, control command values allowing the unmanned conveying vehicle 20 to be driven autonomously; a control command value converting unit 302 which converts the content of the control command values into perceptible information; and a control command value supplying unit 305 which supplies the perceptible information to the operator.
