PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition that can achieve both of a desired refractive index and developability of a cured film to be obtained therefrom and that has excellent color fastness, a cured film and a production method of the cured film by curing the above curable composition, and a liquid crystal display device, an organic EL display device, a touch panel and a touch panel display device having the cured film.SOLUTION: A curable composition comprises: at least one type selected from the group consisting of a1 and a2 described below, as component A; at least one type selected from the group consisting of b1 and b2 described below, as component B; a solvent as component C; and a photopolymerization initiator as component D. Compounds are: (a1) a titanium compound and/or a zirconium compound having a specific group; (a2) a titanoxane, a zirconoxane, and/or a titanoxane-zirconoxane condensate having a specific group; (b1) a compound having a specific group and an ethylenically unsaturated group; and (b2) a compound having a specific group and a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
