PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact force relaxing frame body which enables repair work to be easily executed even when it is broken by impact force, and which can also be applied to an existing building.SOLUTION: An impact force relaxing frame body 10 relaxes impact force applied to a building 1 from the outside. The impact force relaxing frame body 10 includes a flat plate-like covering member 20 that is provided away by a predetermined distance from an exterior wall surface 1A of the building 1, on the outside of the building 1, and a fixing member 30 for fixing the covering member 20 to the building 1.
