The present invention relates to a salt production system and, more particularly, to a salt production system in a salt pan provided with loess stones, wherein loess stones, which have excellent degrees of levelness and flatness, are used to constitute a salt plate, piping is installed beneath the loess stones to heat the loess stones, and a heating coating material is applied, thereby producing environment-friendly and high-quality salt. To this end, the present invention comprises multiple loess stones arranged on the ground of a hardened salt pan so as to form an integrated salt plate, which is the bottom plate, wherein U-shaped piping grooves are formed on the bottom surface of the loess stones. |
