TERMINAL, BASE STATION, SYSTEM, AND NOTIFICATION METHOD

Provided are a terminal, a base station, a system, and a notification method. The terminal comprises: a receiver module used for receiving a system message broadcasted by a base station, where the system message carries resource configuration information of a dedicated channel, wherein the dedicated channel is used for transmission of application data that is discontinuously transmitted and less than a preset threshold in length; a reader module used for reading and storing the resource configuration information of the dedicated channel from the system message; and, a transmitter module used for transmitting the application data that is discontinuously transmitted and less than the preset threshold in length to a base station by using the dedicated channel. Employment of embodiments of the present invention solves the problem of interference to a normal network service due to an air interface resource being occupied when a base station is notifying a terminal of information of a dedicated channel.
