PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an increase or the like of transmission torque by a simple structure, in a free-type bidirectional clutch which changes a transmission state according to an orientation of power transmission between an input shaft and an output shaft.SOLUTION: An input shaft 2 and an output shaft 3 having common rotating shafts, a cylinder member 4, a spring 5 for imparting a constraint force to the rotation of the cylinder member 4 between a housing 1 and the cylinder member 4, and an operating piece 6 are combinedly arranged in the fixed housing 1. At the rotation of the input shaft 2, the operating piece 6, the cylinder member 4 and the output shaft 3 are brought into locked states, and the rotation of the input shaft 2 is transmitted to the output shaft 3. On the other hand, when the output shaft 3 rotates, a center of the operating piece 6 moves (revolves) on a circle by an eccentric part 31 of the output shaft 3, however, the operating piece 6 does not rotate, and rotation torque does not act on the cylinder member 4. A relationship between outer teeth 21e formed at the input shaft 2 and inner teeth 6i formed at the operating piece 6 is similar to above, the input shaft 2 does not rotate even if the output shaft 3 rotates, and power transmission is blocked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
