PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a fuel cell capable of preventing a seal performance from being reduced by a protrusion.SOLUTION: A separator 20 includes a protrusion 22. The protrusion 22 is provided in a film/electrode assembly of a fuel battery cell, extends in a shape surrounding a fluid passage for supplying a fluid to the fuel battery cell and forms a portion of a sidewall of the fluid passage. A clearance between the protrusion 22 and a contact portion in contact with a tip of the protrusion 22 becomes a seal part for suppressing leakage of the fluid from the fluid passage. The protrusion 22 includes a linear part 60 that extends linearly and a curved part 61 that extends in a curved shape. A cross-sectional shape of the linear part 60 in a direction orthogonal with a direction of extension is formed to have lower rigidity in a direction of protrusion than a cross-sectional shape of the curved part 61 in a direction orthogonal with a direction of extension.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
