PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the reliable acquisition of information necessary for a vehicle by avoiding reduction in throughput, which may occur when a lot of vehicles access a server device, because communication traffic increases, radio bandwidth becomes tight, data is not transmitted normally, retransmission of data occurs, delay in data transmission increases, and thereby throughput decreases.SOLUTION: Vehicles 1a-1f generate probe information including identification information on the vehicle and information on the current position of the vehicle. A server device 5 identifies communication areas using the probe information transmitted by the vehicles, changes the distribution order of data and distribution timing, and thereby limits an occupied bandwidth by the data to a certain value or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
