PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new biomass resource producing method by effectively utilizing oil palm stem plant cell wall powder as adhesive agent dewatering various moisture.SOLUTION: A material formed by cutting oil palm stem is crushed into large sawdust and dried to 6 to 18% moisture by heat drying and freezing drying, heat drying under natural environment, then separated into plant cell wall products and vascular bundle structure with a sieve to obtain antibiotic, antioxidant, insoluble oil palm stem plant cell wall powder. The separation may be carried out with a sieve having 10 to 200 mesh. The cutting formation may be carried in a method where from a log cut down an oil palm stem bark of about 5 cm is removed and the log is crushed with a crusher or broken, detached, shaved, compressed or formed into square bar or plate material with a sawing machine. Dry may be carried after freezing at about -70 to 0 degree. Hot air drying and freeze drying in a dry room or wind drying under natural nature at 5 to 35 degrees of temperature may be carried.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
