PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of color mixture or the like and to improve image quality of a picked-up image or the like.SOLUTION: A first antireflection film 501 is arranged so that the film covers a part where a light receiving face JS and a light shielding film 60 are arranged at a rear face of a semiconductor layer 101. A second antireflection film 502 is formed on the first antireflection film 501 so that the film covers a part where the light receiving face JS is arranged at the rear face.
