The invention relates to a system based on using several stationary bicycles (1), the bottom bracket axles of which are connected to a generator, said generator being specifically in the form of an asynchronous slip-ring motor, allowing energy to be generated as alternating current. Said energy can be consumed directly by the installation in question without needing to use energy storage devices, such as batteries and similar.
