The present invention provides: a composition that is for forming a conductive film, that minimizes decreases in mobility, that makes it possible to produce an organic thin film transistor having excelling insulation reliability, and that has excellent coating properties; and a conductive film and an organic thin film transistor that are produced using the composition for forming a conductive film. Also provided are an electronic paper and a display device that comprise the organic thin film transistor, and a wiring board comprising wiring that is formed using the organic thin film transistor. The composition for forming a conductive film contains water, conductive particles, and a migration inhibitor comprising a compound that has the group represented by formula (1). In formula (1), W1 represents a hydrogen atom or one of formula (A), formula (B), or formula (C). In formula (1), R1, R2, R3, and R4 each independently represent one of a hydrogen atom, a substituent, or W2. W2 represents formula (D), formula (E), or formula (F). When W1 is a hydrogen atom, at least one of R1, R2, R3, and R4 is W2. In formula (1), * represents a bonding position. |
