The present invention relates to an organic electro luminescent device which is capable of improving a display quality by suppressing a reddish or greenish phenomenon according to a change in a viewing angle while driving the organic electro luminescent device in a top-emission scheme. The organic electro luminescent device comprises: a substrate which defines a display region including a plurality of pixel regions having first, second, and third light-emitting regions which emit three colors, respectively; an array element which overlaps the first, second, and third light-emitting regions included in each of the pixel regions on the substrate; and an organic electro luminescent diode which is substantially stacked in the first, second, and third light-emitting regions on the array element and includes a first electrode, an organic emission layer, and a second electrode. The first, second, and third light-emitting regions are spaced apart from one another in each of the plurality of pixel regions. Major axis directions of the first and second light-emitting regions are perpendicular to a major axis direction of the third light-emitting region. First and second light-emitting regions corresponding to a first ratio among all the first and second light-emitting regions included in the display region are configured such that one side of the major axis direction thereof overlaps the array element. First and second light-emitting regions corresponding to a second ratio remaining except for the first ratio are configured so that the other side of the major axis direction thereof overlaps the array element. |
