The present invention relates to an automatic method for tracking a narrow gap weld line using a welding signal pattern and, more specifically, relates to the automatic method for tracking a narrow gap weld line using a welding signal pattern which fills up a welding groove while linearly reciprocating to the left and the right in a left and right width by measuring the left and right width of the welding groove which is a welding portion.
