PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a phenol resin foam laminated sheet that uses a flexible surface material containing paper and sufficiently ensures peel strength of the surface material.SOLUTION: The phenol resin foam laminated sheet has surface materials disposed on at least the upper and lower faces of a phenol resin foam having a density in a range of not less than 15 kg/mto not more than 50 kg/m, a closed-cell rate in a range of 70% or more and an average cell diameter in a range of not less than 20 μm to not more than 180 μm. The surface material is a flexible surface material containing paper and has a peel strength of the surface material of 250 g or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
