PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent X-ray analyzer which allows a user to easily confirm the correctness of a measuring portion by improving workability when a large number of samples, line patterns and the like with the same shape are measured at a constant interval, and a sample display method for the same.SOLUTION: A fluorescent X-ray analyzer comprises: a sample table 2 on which a sample S can be installed; a sample movement mechanism which can move the sample table 2; an X-ray source which irradiates the sample with a primary X-ray; a detector which detects the fluorescent X-ray generated from the sample; an imaging part which photographs the sample on the sample table; a display part 7 which displays the photographed image on a screen; a pointing device with which a specific position can be designated and input on the screen; an image processing part which displays a mark M on the input position on the screen; and a control part which controls the sample movement mechanism and the image processing part. When the control part makes the sample movement mechanism move the sample table, it makes the image processing part move the mark on the screen by the same movement distance in the same movement direction as the sample table to display the mark.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
