摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert liquefaction natural gas (LNG) into over-heated fluid higher than 5°C by a method in which it is passed through a row of the first main heat exchanging stage, the second main heat exchanging stage and the third main heat exchanging stage which are in series under pressurized state, and during this operation, the natural gas is heated by circulation type heat exchanging fluid flowing in each of the heat exchanging circuits.SOLUTION: Heat exchanging fluid is condensed at heat exchanging stages 10 and 12 and typically at each of the stages, the fluid is partially gasified in sub-heat exchangers 28, 30, 58 heated with sea water flowing in an open cycle. The heat exchanging fluids in the circuits 16, 18 may be propane. Similarly, the heat exchanging circuit 20 may also employ propane in the same manner as above or in place of it liquid such as water or water-glycol mixing liquid of which phase is not varied at the heat exchanging stage 14 may also be applied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
