According to the present invention, provided are A: a cell construct including biocompatible polymer blocks and at least one type of a plurality of cells in which the multiple polymer blocks are disposed in the spaces between the cells, and B: a composition including islets and a spheroid comprising an islet and at least one type of stem cell.
