The purpose of the present invention is to provide a spring-loaded C-ring capable of efficiently reflecting the resilience of a coil spring in the resilience of the C-ring. The spring-loaded C-ring is obtained from a soft metal covering (3) with a C-shaped cross-section and a metal coil spring (4) that is inserted in the covering (3) and the coil spring (4) is configured by winding a rectangular wire (6) with a rectangular cross-section in a coil.
