A secure call connection method and device is disclosed. The present invention relates to a secure call connection method and device which does not allow anybody other than the owner of a phone to receive a call even though a call is incoming in the owner's absence. The present invention allows a user to receive a call only by inputting a drag operation in a predetermined direction on a call reception screen, thereby preventing the call from being received by anybody other than the owner. Therefore, the present invention can solve problems in call security.
