The present invention provides a method for positioning a fluorescent layer, comprising: a step for preparing fluorescent layer manufacturing equipment that includes a vertical frame and a plurality of fluorescent layer pattern holes that have a shape of a fluorescent layer pattern and are punched through a predetermined region of the vertical frame in the direction perpendicular to the vertical frame; a step for manufacturing a fluorescent layer by filling each of the plurality of fluorescent layer pattern holes of the fluorescent layer manufacturing equipment with a fluorescent layer material solution that contains a fluorescent substance, silicone, and a filler, followed by drying the filled fluorescent layer material solution; a step for positioning a light emitting diode below the fluorescent substance that exists in one of the plurality of fluorescent layer pattern holes of the fluorescent layer manufacturing equipment; and a step for mounting the fluorescent substance on the upper surface of the light emitting diode by separating the fluorescent substance vertically downward from the fluorescent layer pattern hole by applying a force vertically downward to the upper portion of the fluorescent substance that exists in the fluorescent layer pattern hole. |
