摘要 The present invention relates to a spicy sausage stew and a method of producing the same. According to the present invention the spicy sausage stew is provided by including, based on 100 parts by weight of vegetable broth brewed using pure vegetables, 15 parts by weight of re-seasoned kimchi mixed with rice starch, 18 parts by weight of red pepper powder, 0.15 parts by weight of chili powder, 0.15 parts by weight of pepper powder, 0.04 parts by weight of anchovy sauce, 0.05 parts by weight of red pepper paste, 18 parts by weight of sausages, 13 parts by weight of ham, 8 parts by weight of cabbage, 9 parts by weight of onion, 7 parts by weight of scallion, 7 parts by weight of ground pork, and 4.61 parts by weight of garlic.
