The present invention relates to a touch sensing electrode circuit including a plurality of primary conductive patterns and a plurality of bridging conductive patterns, which are arranged in rows and electrically connected with each other. Both ends of each bridging conductive pattern cross two primary conductive patterns located adjacent to both lateral side parts of the bridging conductive pattern. A part of the bridging conductive pattern located between the two primary conductive patterns forms a first electrical connection part, and parts of the bridging conductive pattern located at both ends of the first electrical connection part forms two first tolerance parts extending while passing through the two adjacent primary conductive patterns. Even if an electrode circuit is formed using a low-price and low-precision exposure device conductive patterns of a plurality of electrode circuits can be electrically connected with each other due to the tolerance parts. |
